Well the start of the week did not go the way we had hoped, we had Droopys Alberta in the Golden Jacket final and Droopys Rum in the Yarmouth Championship Final and unfortunately we didn't get the result we wanted with either of them.
Oh Well... it was great being part of both competitions and an honour to get to the final of the Golden Jacket and I am sure we will be in some competitions this year and get the results we hope for!
After a 'rubbish' start to the week, we saved the week Saturday with ; 3 wins and some very unlucky 2nds!
Droopys Scion made us sweat by winning the hard way and taking the lead just when it mattered the most ...the winning line. She clocked an impressive 27.93 (amazingly there are still a few shares available in Droopys Scion! Get in touch with Jemma for details).
Linney McKinney kept the success going by going back to her winning ways once again after being off!
Gimme Lollie ended the night on a high by pinging out and winning his first D1, which is amazing for a greyhound who in the beginning wouldn't even chase! He is a prime example that a little bit of patience can go a long way.
Here at Jim Daly Racing we pride ourselves on making everyone feel welcome and making sure they experience greyhound racing at its best.
We have a number of greyhound shares available in all different grades and ages. If you aren't quite sure what you would like to get involved with or what your price range is, get in touch with Jemma as she will be happy to help answer any questions or give you advice on the best option for you.
